Upgrade

Forward only. With a backup.

Install the new version with the same script. It checks the SHA256 before touching anything.

Restarting the daemon does not kill the microVMs.

The rules

1. Every file kindling stores carries "schema": N.
2. Migrating goes from N to N+1, with a backup: <file>.v<N>.bak.
3. A file from a newer version is neither read nor overwritten.
4. Anything that can be regenerated is invalidated, not migrated: a golden from another Firecracker shows up as stale and run -from returns 409 with the command to rebuild it.
